My wife Lelia and I wanted to climb Pedra da Gavea and asked Miguel to guide us. Miguel's day was first class, with his knowledge of the mountain and Brazilian tourism and attention to safety and detail during the short climbing pitches. It was a great day with an exciting ascent and descent and exhilarating views. Miguel was very energetic, friendly and also an excellent Photographer, leaving us with some great pictures and video memories. Lelia and I will definitely be hiring Miguel again when we return to Rio, this time hoping to do some climbing on Corcovado. The team at Xperiencer went above and beyond for us! They were attentive to our requests and need to adjust our itinerary when my son was ill so that we could still see and experience all of the sites we wanted to in Rio. I highly recommend the tour of Vidigal and the Tijuca Rainforest, in addition, of course, to Corcovado and the Selaron Steps. We also saw the original birthplace of Samba and some amazing street art murals which we loved. Miguel and his team, Samuel and Fernandez, were fun, energetic and very informative! They picked up on my son’s interest in basketball and brought one for him to play with inside the favela. This was quite thoughtful and provided a truly uniqueexperience for him. We had a lot of laughs with the Xperiencer team while creating lifelong memories of our trip to Brazil.

I had the most incredible experience with Xperiencer Tour Brazil! I did two tours with Miguel - Little Africa and Barra de Guaratiba - and both were absolutely unforgettable. Then, a Barra de Guaratiba, he showed us stunning views and hidden spots that felt like a true local adventure. These people are like no other! Fernandez was amazing tour guide and translator for us while Miguel helped plan the whole trip. We had a big van that took all 8 of us around. Felt so safe and cared for the whole trip! Obrigada Xperiencer!
