Last summer I was in Rio and could go on an amazing hike with Miguel Córdoba as a guide and I had the most wonderful experience! I recommend all the tours and took my family and friends! We can't wait to go back next Christmas!

I went to the Mendanha waterfall. The track is beautiful, with the vegetation in its natural state. The best part was going down the waterfall with the rappel equipament. It was my first time and I was a bit afraid, so the guide, Miguel, went down by my side, telling me how to use the ropes and i lost all fear. It was a wonderful experience and very professional
