Description
Pedra do Telégrafo (Telegraph Stone), the famous stone of the illusion of the abyss, is located in the charming neighborhood of Barra de Guaratiba, west zone of Rio de Janeiro, and for many years has been attracting more and more attention from tourists and even residents of Rio. The trail to Pedra do Telégrafo is two kilometers long and can be covered in forty minutes. It is not very complicated, but in some places, it is steep. What to take:
- 1.5 liters of water.
- Light snacks.
- Repellent.

- Confortable clothes.
- Hairclip.
- Wear comfortable sneakers or boots with relaxing soles.

We climbed the sugarloaf mountain ! It was insane the best experience in my trip to Rio. Adrenaline was at its peak, and Miguel made sure that we were all safe but also that it was a super hard challenge! Would love to climb other Rio mountains now!!

His English is impeccable so there's no language barrier, he's a professional photographer so he'll take amazing photos, and he's extremely knowledgeable. I think he may have studied history. I was very impressed on his knowledge of world history. I wish he had been my guide the whole trip. I'd highly recommend using him for your trip to Rio de Janeiro
