BONITO THE CAPITAL OF ECOTOURISM IN BRAZIL
After several years working in the tourism segment as a professional in the hospitality segment, as a business consultant for the tourism, hotel and gastronomy segment, as well as an undergraduate and postgraduate university professor in tourism and hospitality, I must admit that the municipality of Bonito, located in the center-west of Brazil, more precisely in Mato Grosso do Sul approximately 300 km from the capital, Campo Grande, should not have this name, in my humble opinion it should be called Paradise because the beauty of this place cannot be expressed by a simple adjective like beautiful. After traveling through various regions of Brazil (Ex: Lençóis Maranhenses, Conceição de Ibitipoca, Paraty, Ilha Grande, among other destinations) and having visited several countries, I can say that the municipality of Bonito is one of the most stunning places in the world.

At this moment the great difficulty is to highlight so many attractions in a simple text, but let’s start by emphasizing that Bonito stands out for its countless possibilities for practicing ecotourism and adventure tourism. The region has magnificent crystal clear waters, rivers, vast biodiversity and caves.
